Employers across the country struggle with finding, hiring, retaining, and engaging quality members of their workforce. Applicants and employees desire easy to use and convenient methods of interacting with an employer. Modern software is supposed to help employers and employees accomplish this, developing a more impactful, engaged, and transparent working relationship between employers and employees. This position is designed to do just that!  In this role, you will engage with employers across the country who are trying to improve their operations. You will help them understand how to use the software, help them see value in the solution quickly, and help their learning processes be as delightful as possible. Integral to this position is the ability to interact directly with customers throughout their Customer Value Journey with Integrity Data with sound Human Resources (HR) guidance and training that solves their problems and enhances their use of the software solution.


Essential Functions

Product Implementation

·         Deliver HR onboarding services to customers and Microsoft reselling partners by training people on the software

·         Collaborate with payroll implementation consultants to oversee a cohesive HR and payroll implementation for each customer deployment

Product Training

·         Deliver HR software training and how-to-help to customers and partners at deployment and ongoing

·         Educate internal selling team members on HR solution features, functions, and benefits and assist the team with HR related pre-sales scenarios

·         Participate in community forums, webinars, and other events to teach prospects, customers, and partners about the HRP solution

Customer Enablement

·        Suggest creative HR customer onboarding options and validate pricing for services

·        Provide post-deployment support to customers

·        Communicate information between Customer Success Team and Engineering Team around HRP software integration and functionality

·        Collaborate with Engineering Team on software development and integration by being the subject matter expert (“SME”) and point of contact for testing the user experience

Solving Issues/Understanding Trends

·         Serve as HR SME expert internally and externally to solve customer problems and provide proactive guidance based on activity and issue patterns

·    Seek and share customer needs to internal product owners and product developers to improve issues and facilitate improved functionality and increased time-to-value

 Providing clear and informative educational materials and knowledge

·         Create and document best practices for a successful HRP software deployment experience

·         Create and post “How-To” guides in the I.D. Resource Center for use by Integrity Implementation Consultants, customers, and partners

·         Produce new knowledge base articles (“KB’s”), videos, and other material with HR content

·         Suggest content additions inside Integrity’s HRP solution to product owners and developers

Other duties as assigned.

 

Required Education and Experience

·         2+ years in an HR department or as an HR Generalist

·         2+ years processing payroll, collecting time data, remitting payroll taxes, and helping employees 

·         2+ years of client management experience

·      High level of understanding of Human Resources areas such as labor laws, hiring, terminations, recruiting, benefits administration, and performance reviews

·         Knowledge of employment law including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and COBRA

·         Experience using HR and Payroll software and systems

·         Enjoy helping others learn and have experience doing it

·         Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite applications



Preferred Education and Experience (that will land you at the top of the salary range)

·         Bachelor’s degree in business management or human resources management or equivalent experience

·         HRCI/SHRM certification

·         Experience delivering software support and/or software training

·         Intermediate or above project management skills

 

Salary Range

$67,500 to $77,500
